If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 7 working days of receiving your products, we are more than happy to arrange the return of your products in line with our terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).

- Products cut to size
Products are packed ready to be delivered in the shortest possible time depending on the stock availability, specially manufactured products and/or products that need to be cut to size. Lead times will be communicated once an on-line order has been received and stock levels are checked.
ONLINE ORDER COLLECTION
Customers are responsible for collection of orders. Once a customer order is packed and ready for delivery the sizes and weight(s) will be communicated to the customer for collection by whatever means the customer arrange.
EXPORTS
Export Market Deliveries will be handle through direct communication with the customer.
